If you are seeing this message, you have not properly configured the mobile report settings in this application.
Tap the "Settings" button in the upper right to configure the domain to which your installation will point. Also provide the login credentials from a user account in your dialer that has access to reports and a user level of 7 or higher (see below screenshots).
Go to the "Settings" of your mobile device and scroll to the bottom of the main settings menu. You should see the "VicidialMobile" application at the very end, and if you tap on that you will be able to configure the domain to which your installation will point, as well as the user credentials to be used. Again, this requires a user account from your dialer that has report access and a user level of 7 or higher (see below screenshot).
